My mum and I spent three wonderful days at Diamonds Malindi, and we had a great experience. It is a beautiful resort with a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely environment.
The staff were professional and friendly. Their warm hospitality made our stay enjoyable.
Our suite was spacious, comfortable and cool. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. I also used the gym during my stay. Although it does not have a wide range of equipment, it is clean, well-maintained and suitable for a good workout.
The resort provided buffet meals throughout our stay. The food was well prepared. I appreciated the variety of options available.
I also loved swimming in the pools. It was refreshing and a great way to relax during our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at Diamonds Malindi. It was a memorable experience and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The property is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully put together, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Shaban was exceptional,his genuine care, attentiveness, and warm smile made every interaction a pleasure. Leslie also took great care of me throughout my stay. Joseph, the trainee, demonstrated excellent customer service, and Annette (I hope I have her name right) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. The team is clearly passionate about hospitality, and it shows.
The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to request a shower cap twice before it was restocked, and my room appeared to have been cleaned in a hurry on one occasion, with a few spots being missed.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience, left feeling refreshed, and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended.⭐⭐⭐⭐
