The standard of this hotel has gone down of late. Internet connection is erratic. There are house flies all over the restaurant. Flies are sitting on top of the food being served which is a health hazard. The Hotel management must take appropriate measures/fit pest repellent lights to keep the flies away. Guests may fall sick after eating the food infested by house flies.

Nice place, just a bit problems with Internet yesterday 5th May 2026....also I think you need to do something about flies at the dinning room.....they are so much and a bit uncomfortable.

Some kitchen staff called Maria refused to give me food they had literally taken away while I was serving and lied about the situation like I wasn’t there. Extremely weird with malicious intent. The experience stick with me…
Overall very nice resort. Very nice service. Literally everybody was so helpful and friendly. From the reception to room and all the bars and restaurants extremely pleasant service. Maria remains the inly blemish to the beautiful experience and people.
I tried volley ball and some of the water activities and all the night entertainment. 4.9/5… the 0.1 is Maria
