Very lovely experience and hotel ... Take note of the services with low ratings, that is where you need to up your game. Your entertainment is not very good, your internet could be better considering people need the internet to do a lot of things. Give people more hotel hotel activities. Other than the pointed out notes, the service was very good, the resort is clean, beautiful, people are kind and respectful, food is well done. Good job and I hope to return and find improvements on the weak areas.
